Cellulose industries

‌Cellulose, a plant body component, is a polysaccharide abundant in numerous glucose molecules. Presently, cellulose industries are pivotal in manufacturing  practical goods, notably paper production.

Carrying out EPC projects for constructing a printing and writing paper pulp factory is one of the activities of this complex. It involves utilizing cutting-edge technology globally and encompasses building pulp baking units and a recovery unit. The benefits of these projects include cost-effective raw materials, increased productivity, and environmental conservation. Details are outlined below:

  • Using modern technology to save resources and energy
  • Utilizing bagasse as a raw material for the first time in Iran.
  • Preparing high-quality paper pulp for the manufacturing of printing and writing paper
  • Major recycling of factory by-products that have a negative impact on the environment (recycling of Black Liquor, Green Liquor, Lime Mud, etc.)
  • Establishment of a chlorine dioxide (ClO2) production unit using the Electrolyze method (a first in Iran) to eliminate the need for chlorine in pulp dyeing.
